“It’s Not Just a School, But a Way of Life”
he school’s motto remains “It’s not just a school, but a way of life.”

Honoring its commitment to assist parents in their primary responsibility as educators of their children, St. Francis of Assisi parish also provides Religious Education for children attending public and private schools. Taught by volunteer certified Catechists, classes for students in Kindergarten through Grade 8 are held on Sunday mornings following the 9:30 a.m. Mass. The Religious Education program provides an opportunity for school age children to learn about God, the Catholic Church traditions and the responsibility to be faithful, involved members of the parish and community. The curriculum follows the guidelines of the Archdiocese of Baltimore and the catechists strive to develop an atmosphere in which the Gospel of Jesus permeates the fabric of our teaching and learning.
